MEDLATEC notes that the above turnaround times at the office can only be achieved with a maximum of 10 samples/hour. If the number of samples per time frame is exceeded, the time to return results may be slower than expected by 2 to 4 hours (depending on the amount of samples). We will notify you if there is a delay.

If the result could be positive, it will also take more time to return the customer's result.

5/ Testing registration process:

Step 1: Make an appointment and a medical declaration online through the MEDLATEC system via: Website medlatec.vn / App MedOn or Hotline 1900 56 56 56;

Step 2: MEDLATEC confirms the appointment according to the selected time frame and location;

Step 3: Customers arrive at the facility and comply with regulations on screening, registration and and wait for samples to be collected;

Step 4: Wait for the results and follow the doctor's instructions.

In order to ensure the safety of customers who come to test for COVID-19 at MEDLATEC, customers need to follow and comply with regulations on epidemic prevention.
